Apple Cider Vinegar Helped My Adult Acne

Finally I am not ashamed.
I have been battleing adult acne since I was 25; I am 29 now. I never had acne until then and it took control over my life.
I lost chances to make friends and to meet guys because I was so ashamed of my face. I stopped drinking soda and drank nothing but water and stopped smoking and that didn't seem to work completely.
I tried everything from OTC(over-the-counter) products to natural products and oils. I never went to a dermatologist because I couldn't afford to.
I have to say that it is important to make sure you have a good cleanser that cleans all the dirt and makeup off your face and a good gentle exfoliater daily has helped; also a good moisturizer helps tremendously. Jojoba oil is the only oil/moisturizer I can use. But even all of that I still had mild breakouts.
Then I started Braggs ACV. I put about 1 1/2 tsp in a 16.9 oz bottle of water with some honey; I also chew on a strong piece of gum. The taste isn't bad at all, but I have noticed that if I use 2 tsp in my bottled water that it kinda burns my throat a bit so I have stopped that.
I drink 1-2 bottles a day with 1 1/2 tsp ACV and my face has been clear for the longest it has been in a year. My acne scars are also fading. I can actually wear no makeup in front of my family and my kids without being ashamed.
I am not embarassed to be around friends or guys anymore either. I no longer have to hide my face! I have been doing this for a month and even during that time of the month my skin looked great. It's improving daily and the color of my skin also looks more colorful, not so blah.
I will continue to use this and maybe take a break then continue then take a break and so on. It's worth the try because it can clear your face. I couldn't figure out what was causing my acne other than maybe it was hormonal, but even then it never went away and ranged from mild to moderate.
I am so so so so greatful I gave ACV a chance. Make sure you get the ACV with the mother in it. I had to get mine from the natural foods market and it isn't expensive at all.
